How do I determine if I'm eligible for the upgrade pricing for Grades for Students?

Answer:
Previous users of Grades for Students version 3.6x are eligible for the discounted upgrade pricing. You must have previously purchased Grades for Students and must use the e-mail address supplied during your original registration. If it is determined that you are not eligible for upgrade pricing, you will be required to purchase the full single user license.

Question:
Why are you selling SupremeSched as a commercial program rather than a Shareware program?

Answer:
We initially sold SupremeSched as a shareware program. However, we have determined that the user base for SupremeSched requires a lot of pre-sales and post-sales support. As such we needed to increase the program price as well as to charge for initial consulting services in certain cases. This is difficult to do in the shareware arena.

What's the deal with Grades for Students?

Answer:
Grades for Students is an extremely popular program, with over 1,200,000 downloads to date! We have released the latest version as 30-day try-before-you-buy so that you can determine if the program meets your needs. We continually update this program based upon suggestions from users.
