SupremeSched is an advanced employee scheduling system designed for any size business. Screen shots of our Windows version are available.

Key features of SupremeSched include:
    Easy to use interface
SupremeSched main feature is its ease of use when it comes to creating a schedule. Rather than make the user deal with time bars and day bars, the program presents the schedule much as it would appear if you were creating the schedule by hand. A simple Job/Employee/Day grid is displayed which the user can use the cursor keys to move around in. Times may be entered in any format the user defines, making entry even easier! The visual on-screen schedule also aids in developing a correct schedule.

Automatic Schedule generation at a touch of a key!
The ASF feature is unique in using a mathematical algorithm to produce a guaranteed accurate schedule. Competing products use rule-based scheduling algorithms which are not as accurate or dependable.

Schedule verification to scan the schedule for errors before the schedule is printed.
The verification routines use the same mathematical algorithm as the ASF to accurately verify the schedule.

Powerful location concept to manage jobs.
SupremeSched defines the concept of a location which contains associated jobs. This makes SupremeSched adaptable to practically any scheduling problem. Define a location as separate departments or as actual physical locations or as anything else!

    Unlimited employee database.
SupremeSched's employee database is only limited by the amount of disk space available. Unlike competing products, SupremeSched is not sold by the size of the employee database.

Enhanced schedule printout and reporting capabilities
SupremeSched can print two types of employee schedules. The
master schedule includes an indicator for each location so that employees know which location they need to report to. The regular schedule is limited to the specific location being printed.

Manager report information is always available. The exact information printed is dependant on a user definable
report template. The template allows the user to define the exact appearance of the report. A sample report is included with the program.

    Job preference levels and descriptions
Job descriptions are augmented by the assignment of job preference levels. Preference levels indicate the skill level necessary for that job. Combined with the preference description, job preference codes can be unique for each location yet the user can always remember what the preference code indicates.

    Overtime hour specification
Overtime limitations can be specified on a company wide basis or on a per-employee basis. The ability to specify on a per-employee basis permits special handling of certain types of employees. These include part-time employees or similar non full-time employees.

    Employee vacations
Employee vacations can be specified in an intuitive manner. Rather than indicating each day individually, the program will simply ask you for the vacation starting date and the number of days of vacation time. Then all verification and ASF operations will check to see that an employee is not on vacation for the scheduled period. Several employee vacation blocks can be specified.

    Business holidays can be defined
A separate program allows the user to define business holidays. These are specified on a month/day basis only and can thus be entered once and then forgotten. The program includes some pre-defined holidays.
