Corporate Security Posture Assessment  What is it? A security posture assessment is a thorough and complete review of your organization's information security. One of our consultants will sit down to review the goals of the engagement. The client is fully in control in specifying how complete a review needs to be done. Typically this ranges from assessing the security of a single application or environment to a complete corporate-wide assessment. Upon completion of the consultant's review the following will be delivered: A executive summary including the overall score achieved by your organization and high-level recommendations for improvement. A detailed technical summary including detailed assessments of each environment studied and exact recommendations for each environment. A detailed list of resources necessary to implement the recommendations. Presentation of results to management. The exact nature of the overall reports can be tailored to the client's wishes. The client can choose from being billed based upon an hourly rate or an engagement rate.
